For in-store purchases: Any standard Waata Value product may be returned by the original purchaser within 14 days of the date of purchase for a full price refund, considering the item is returned in its original unaltered condition

After said item is received and inspected at Waata Value, a credit or refund will be issued.

Any products which have been modified or damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return and there are no return any special order items
